Blood Smoothies - investigating the function and makeup of our blood
Class 9 had a fabulous afternoon making Blood Smoothies. Each ingredient represented a part of our blood’s makeup. Our pre-blended ingredients were representative of blood under a microscope, and the smoothie itself represented the blood we know and see when we cut ourselves (its liquid form).
What an amazing afternoon handling a real heart with Little Rescuers!
