At Hadrian we celebrate our multicultural diversity - 50% of our pupils are from homes where English is spoken as a second or third language. Our children speak a wide range of languages, including Arabic, Bengali, English, German,Italian, Japanese, Punjabi, Russian and Urdu. In school, pupils requiring additional language support work with Mrs Baxendale and Mrs Kaur. Since 2009, pupils have had the opportunity to gain accreditation in their chosen language by means of the Asset Language Testing scheme. We enjoy celebrating a wide range of cultural and religious festivals with all children in school.
