Class 6 Mrs Fox

 

Welcome to Class 6. We are a Year 2 class that will be working very hard throughout the year. Every morning we start with a Sounds-Write phonic lesson, followed by English and Maths. Our English lessons start with a spelling workout. Our maths lessons start with a flashback 4.

 Foundation topics are covered in afternoons.

PE

 

Our PE day is Thursday. 

Remember to bring in your PE kit at the beginning of each week. Children must have the correct footwear to take part in PE lessons. All earrings need to be covered or taken out for PE lessons.

Homework

 

Homework is given out on Thursdays. It must be completed no later than the following Tuesday. All homework must be handed in through Google Classroom.

Reading Books

 

Children are asked to bring reading books into school every day. Children who bring in reading books everyday will have more opportunities to read in school and change their books. All reading records are online on the Boom Reader App. You will have your login QR code and details in homework books.
