IMPORTANT MESSAGE REGARDING REMOTE LEARNING 

If you are isolating due to COVID-19, please email Miss Nixon and she will set work for you if you are well enough to complete it!

* If you are completing home learning as you are isolating, your work will all be uploaded onto Google Classroom. *

In the event of any further school closures in 2021-22, online learning for children in Reception will be set everyday at 9:30am Monday to Friday on Google Classroom.

Please make sure you sit and complete these activities/lessons with your child, this will support them to achieve their best.

Often, Miss Nixon will ask for photos or comments so she knows how your child is managing to complete different activities at home. Please do this daily. 

This is so Miss Nixon can mark your child's work and give quick feedback/praise. Please share this with your child so they can see their efforts are being recognised!

Please email Miss Nixon if you are having difficulties accessing Google Classroom and she will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Alongside the activities set on Google Classroom, Miss Nixon would love if you could encourage your child to do the following: 

• To use a knife and fork when eating.
• Listen to and talk about a bedtime story each night that is read by an adult.
• To dress and undress themselves with greater independence.
• To talk about what they have done that day and how they are feeling.
