Autumn – What do we know about churches?

During the Autumn term, the children in Class 4 have been learning about churches and why they are important to Christians. They have identified features on the outside of a church and have looked at the objects you might find inside a church. In this topic we have also looked at the creation story and linked this to why Sunday is an important day for Christians. The children have also learnt about Harvest and what happens in a church during Harvest Festivals.
