I am delighted to begin an exciting year of learning and fun together. As we explore the curriculum, we will participate in lessons that relate to real-world experiences, making learning relevant and enjoyable. Our classroom will be a warm and welcoming space, where each day brings fresh adventures and opportunities to make lasting memories.

PE
Our PE day is Thursday. Children must come to school wearing their school uniform. PE kits should be kept in school until the end of each half-term. Children must have the correct footwear to take part in PE lessons and all earrings must be removed or covered.

Homework
Homework is given out on a Thursday and must be completed no later than the following Tuesday. All homework must be handed in through Google Classroom.

Reading Books
Please bring reading books and reading records into school every day. Reading books will be changed on a Friday. Please try to read with your child at home as much as possible and write a comment in their reading records each time you hear them read. The more children read at home, the more tickets they will earn for our reading prize box!
