For Mental Health Week, we discussed this year&#39;s theme which is &#39;Belonging&#39;. We talked about what it meant, listened to a song about being true to yourself and another about being kind to others. We have pledged to complete some very small, simple acts of kindness to hopefully brighten someone&#39;s day and make them feel like they belong.&nbsp;

First Healthy Minds Team session- we learned that our mental health is made up of 4 parts: thoughts, feelings, body feelings and behaviour. We talked about our behaviours being our own choices, that 2 people can be in the same situation but be affected very differently and that by choosing helpful behaviours we can feel better.

Summer 2: growing, changing and keeping safe

We thought about what makes us special and unique, we discussed people who help us in their daily jobs, we identified ways to stay safe in our community, we learnt about what to do in emergency situations including how to make a 999 call and finally we explored positive and negative risks we can take.&nbsp;
