We talked about what it meant, listened to a song about being true to yourself and another about being kind to others. We have pledged to complete some very small, simple acts of kindness to hopefully brighten someone's day and make them feel like they belong.  First Healthy Minds Team session- we learned that our mental health is made up of 4 parts: thoughts, feelings, body feelings and behaviour. We talked about our behaviours being our own choices, that 2 people can be in the same situation but be affected very differently and that by choosing helpful behaviours we can feel better.
