Hadrian Primary was the first school in the North East to work with Fruit to Suit back in September 2010! Now there are 35 schools across the region developing business skills with their young people.
This is the 6th year of operations for Hadrian and the Y5 team this year that will lead the programme, were in Reception when the tuck shop was launched.
The roles of responsibility for children include: Director, Finance Manager, Purchasing Manager, Stock Control Manager, Marketing Manager, Market Research Manager, Sales Director and Sales Managers.
The best selling snack in Hadrian's tuck shop are spicy noodles, mango whirls, apple crisps and yoghurt raisins.
Over the course of five years, the teams have raised well over £2000 in profit for school funds!
